WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
The Tenure Track Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor in Clinical Pharmacy is expected to spend approximately 40-60% of the time on clinical practice, teaching and/or administrative duties, and the rest of the time for research scholarship. He/she will lead in the design and conduct of translational, clinical pharmacy and/or health outcomes research, apply for and hold external research grants as appropriate, lead in clinical practice that will impact the practice of pharmacy and provide thought leadership, and contribute to the training of undergraduate and postgraduate Pharmacy students.
The Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences invites applicants for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Tenure Track (Clinical Pharmacy). Candidates must possess either a PhD or PharmD degree, demonstrated mastery in clinical pharmacy practice and preferably be eligible for registration to practice as a pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Importantly, candidates should have demonstrated independence and leadership in an area of research that ideally is aligned with our strategic focus. The strategic areas of interest are: Population Health, Care of the Ageing, Mental Health, Pharmacoeconomics, AI & Data Science, and Precision Medicine. We seek through these appointments to build on existing collaborations with established NUS world-leading researchers in these areas.
