The Assistant Director of Oncology Pharmacy Services is responsible for leading and coordinating operational, 
clinical, and strategic initiatives across inpatient and outpatient oncology pharmacy services. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and efficient pharmacy services in alignment with institutional goals and regulatory standards.

The Assistant Director will also serve as a key liaison with Cancer Institute leadership, clinical teams, information 
technology, and external partners to support oncology care delivery.

PharmD or equivalent degree required; advanced training or residency preferred.

Minimum 5 years of oncology pharmacy experience, including leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of CPOE systems, REMS programs, and USP, TN BOP & JCAHO standards.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Experience with residency program coordination and student preceptorships.
