We’re hiring pharmacists to join our specialized teams in surgery, neurology, and internal medicine. Each area offers distinct clinical challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
Surgery Pharmacist
Optimize perioperative medication therapy
Collaborate with surgical teams on pain management, antimicrobial stewardship, and transitions of care
Fast-paced, acute care setting with rapid decision-making
Neurology Pharmacist
Manage complex regimens for epilepsy, MS, Parkinson’s, and stroke
Support access to specialty medications and patient adherence

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
Experience: PGY-1 residency required or equivalent hospital experience (three years). PGY-2 residency is preferred for specialty areas.
Licensure: Commonwealth of Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license required. American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift, push, or pull less than 20 pounds. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood and body fluids, and infectious disease.
Position compensation range: $55.67–$89.07 hourly
