You will actively develop and present educational topics and staff development programs; participate in activities to enhance the pharmacy department and or clinical services; develop medication protocols to optimize patient drug therapy; and serve as clinical resource to health care providers as members of medical staff committees and or specialty collaborative.
Florida Registered Pharmacist license; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
Board Certification of Pharmacy Specialty (BCPS) desired. If not Board Certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties Pharmacy Practice Residency required or achievement of Board Certification within 2 years of hiring.
ACLS certification and re-certification required.
Minimum 3 years experience required.
