Explore our exciting opportunity- Reporting to the Vice President of Pharmacy services, the System Manager, as a member of the pharmacy leadership team is responsible for leading and managing comprehensive compounding services in the acute and ambulatory care patient population served by the Baptist Health System. The System Manager of Admixture Services will be responsible for overseeing compliance with all established processes and regulatory standards for compounded sterile and non-sterile products at facilities served by the Baptist Health. Key responsibilities include but not limited to staff supervision, developing and implementing programs and services in support of the health system mission and strategic plan; staff development, team building, resource optimization, development of cost effective initiatives, formulary management, compliance, quality control, leading and managing and expanding performance indicators, dashboards, educational and training programs for the staff.

The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of experience with strong background in USP 795, 797 and 800 standards managing sterile, non-sterile product compounding services in a health system.
