We are currently recruiting for a clinical pharmacist to work with the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension population.
The pulmonary arterial hypertension pharmacist provides pharmacy services to patients ambulatory care settings. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, medication therapy management, participation in institutional committees, quality improvement and research initiatives, patient education, and teaching of pharmacy residents and students.
Strong clinical skills; knowledge of inpatient drug distribution and dispensing; ability to prioritize; excellent communication skills; team mentality; desire to teach; and motivation are required to excel in this position.
PharmD and ASHP PGY1 residency and/or PGY2 specialty residency preferred.
