Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist—Multiple Roles Available
University Hospitals is seeking passionate Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialists to deliver exceptional care at the renowned UH Seidman Cancer Center. As part of a collaborative team of 18 oncology clinical pharmacy specialists, you will serve as a subject matter expert in oncology, represent the pharmacy department on multidisciplinary committees, and provide direct patient care in either a disease-specific clinic or on a patient care rounding service
We are currently recruiting talented pharmacists for the following oncology clinical specialist positions:
Inpatient Myeloma, Lymphoma, and Cellular Therapy
Ambulatory Malignant Hematology—Lymphoma focus
Malignant Hematology, Transplant, and Cellular Therapy Inpatient/Ambulatory Float
Ambulatory Thoracic Oncology
Ambulatory Melanoma, Sarcoma, and Gastrointestinal Oncology
Palliative and Supportive Oncology
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in oncology to Seidman Cancer Center Patients.
Participate in patient care rounds, ambulatory clinics, and multidisciplinary committees.
Serve as a subject matter expert in oncology pharmacy.
Collaborate with a diverse oncology patient care team.
Contribute to clinical teaching and research initiatives.
Educate and mentor Cleveland Medical Center PGY1 and Oncology PGY2 pharmacy residents.
Support a progressive pharmacy practice model and leverage advanced technology to optimize patient care.
