- A current California registered pharmacist license
- Completion of a PGYI pharmacy practice residency
- Completion of a PGYII in Oncology Practice or Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist
- Emphasis in oncology or ambulatory care residency preferred or possess the equivalent clinical experience in direct patient care delivery
- A demonstrated knowledge of current pharmacological/biopharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease state management, age appropriate therapy, and other information as it pertains to medical or pharmaceutical care management plan
- Prior experience with chemotherapy drug preparation and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are highly desirable.
