The Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care services by direct interaction with patients and providers. The pharmacist will spend a majority of his/her time in patient related activities. These activities require a great degree of skill in patient monitoring, drug therapy review and assessing patient outcomes. The pharmacist performs a full range of professional practices of pharmacy based upon his/her Scope of Practice and serves as a resource to other ambulatory practice clinics and hospital staff.
