The Clinical Pharmacist will help provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the oncology population in the outpatient clinic at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. This is a NEW position for the cancer center that will be mainly in the neuro-oncology clinics, but will help cover other medical oncology clinics or administrative responsibilities (shared with another outpatient medical oncology clinical pharmacist). Work related activities may include drug selection, drug information, regimen creation and ordering, monitoring and toxicity management, formulary management, protocol and pathway development, Beacon review, outcome evaluations, and patient or staff education/counseling.
