The Antimicrobial Stewardship (AS) Pharmacist is responsible for participating in clinical, project management, precepting/training and quality improvement activities throughout the Bon Secours Charity Health System. This position will be responsible for both maintenance and development of best practices, including antimicrobial use optimization, monitoring of infection rates, documentation of AS interventions and clinical outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborates with the health system to ensure the prophylactic, empirical, and therapeutic uses of antimicrobial agents result in optimal patient outcomes.
