This Clinical Pharmacist position will provide comprehensive pharmacy services in the anticoagulation and general cardiology adult patient populations, within the Ambulatory Care clinics. Pharmacists in this role may provide Medication Therapy Management, pharmacokinetic/anti-coagulation monitoring, clinical interventions, and cost-effective care analysis as a part of an independent or multidisciplinary practice. Additional responsibilities include teaching, precepting pharmacy residents/students, and representation in Medical Center Committees.
