The PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides residents with a broad-based and customizable clinical training experience in ambulatory care. The PGY2 resident will operate as an independent practitioner under a collaborative practice agreement alongside our team of ambulatory care clinical pharmacists embedded in nearly every outpatient primacy and specialty office within our health system.  The required rotations, together with the large number of available elective rotations, allow the resident to acquire experience and competence in a wide range of ambulatory care practice areas in order to produce excellent independent clinical pharmacy practitioners.
