Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Oncology
Job Summary This position is part of the Cancer Center Department of Pharmacy and serves as the clinical pharmacy specialist for the Medical Oncology team, with a primary focus on the care of patients with solid tumors. The specialist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary oncology care team to optimize pharmacotherapeutic plans, ensure safe and effective medication use, and support patients through all phases of their cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. UTSW is NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, this role will be integral in advancing clinical pharmacy services within the oncology ambulatory and transitions of care setting, with opportunities
