PGY-2 Internal Medicine Methodist University Hospital / University of TN Health Sciences Center
Methodist University Hospital (MUH), in conjunction with the University of Tennessee, offers an ASHP-accredited postgraduate year two (PGY-2) residency in adult Internal Medicine Pharmacy Practice. This program has a 20-year history of preparing residents for successful careers as clinical specialists. The purpose of the program is to provide the resident with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to achieve excellence as a clinician, educator, and scholar in the area of internal medicine. Residents will have the opportunity to complete rotations with numerous inpatient, academic internal medicine teams, medicine subspecialty areas (eg: oncology, transplant, nephrology, neurology and cardiology), and ambulatory care.
