Pharmacy Operations Manager
The pharmacy operations manager is responsible for overseeing workflow for the department of pharmacy. The manager will ensure adherence to USP 797 requirements and state and federal laws regarding medication procurement and distribution including controlled substances. Direct reports include clinical pharmacists covering general pediatric services and student interns. The manager will work with a leadership team including the director of pharmacy, clinical pharmacy manager, pharmacy technician manager, and medication safety coordinator to drive department initiatives, implement goals, and develop the strategic plan.
